Each mineral plays multiple roles, and deficiencies can have far-reaching effects on your health.

No single food contains all the nutrients your body needs, which is why variety is so important. A colorful plate featuring vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats ensures you’re getting a wide spectrum of vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial compounds.
Think about how nutrients work together.
